Cole Stevens President
The former Managing Director of SABR Capital Management, Mr. Stevens, brings more than a decade of experience across a wide array of sectors, including a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry and over a decade advising public and private healthcare services and medical technology companies. His breadth of experience in capital markets encompasses special advisory services, investor relations, corporate communications, corporate development, crisis management, go-public strategies, and investing in small and micro-cap companies.
Mr. Stevens has been featured on various leading broadcast outlets, including CBC’s Lang & O’Leary Exchange, and has appeared multiple times on the BNN (Business News Network). Mr. Stevens has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Ted Rogers School of Management, with a focus on Global Management.

Joel Lehr Vice President
Mr. Lehr has spent much of his career providing financial operational analyses for merger and acquisition opportunities, having provided diligence on more than $350 million USD of closed M&A and corporate banking deals, primarily within the healthcare industry. Additionally, Mr. Lehr has over 10 years of experience managing public company investor relations programs and developing and implementing successful corporate strategies.
Mr. Lehr currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Quor Health, a US-based healthcare management and digital marketing company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Mr. Lehr holds a BBA in Finance and MBA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Jacob Gamble Strategic Advisor & Head of Advisory Board
Mr. Gamble is a Strategic Advisor and Head of Advisory Board at AACM. Mr. Gamble has more than 20 years of combined experience in management consulting, growth initiatives, and corporate communications. Mr. Gamble rose to the level of Vice President of Fisher Investments, overseeing a 3.3-billion-dollar business line during his 13-year period with the company. He then worked as a Managing Director at Paulson Investment Company, a highly esteemed investment bank focused on the small to mid-cap markets, and as Paulson’s top executive at Big Bear Capital (an affiliated hedge fund), where he successfully merged Big Bear with a structured debt hedge fund before taking on the CEO position with a publicly traded multi-state drug rehabilitation franchise.
While CEO, Mr. Gamble completed a full-scale corporate reorganization before moving to Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Gamble graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Biology and from Florida Institute of Technology with an M.S. in Management.

Crystina Kertsos Internal Communications Manager
Ms. Kertsos brings energy and enthusiasm to the team and a diverse background, including internal communications, external branding, and marketing exercises. Ms. Kertsos spent the last four years on a golf scholarship at Longwood University in Virginia, USA. She was also Vice President of the Investment Fund at her university, which maintained a fund value of more than $850,000 USD. Ms. Kertsos primarily analyzed and managed the technology and telecommunications sectors during her schooling.
She graduated in May 2018 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Ms. Kertsos also served as an Investment Associate at National Bank and is currently a CSR at HJ Group.
